Before founding RP Euro Werks, Ramon Peña worked as a technician at an Audi dealership. That experience gave him hands-on familiarity with Audi's diagnostic software (ODIS), repair procedures, and the Volkswagen Group platform shared by Audi and Volkswagen. He left the dealership to build an independent shop in McAllen where Audi and VW owners in the Rio Grande Valley could get the same quality of work without the dealership overhead.

Ramon holds a Technical Degree in Automotive Technology from South Texas College and is ASE Certified in Electrical/Electronic Systems (A6) and Engine Performance (A8) — the two areas most critical for modern Audi diagnostics. He is also certified in Engine Repair (A1), Suspension & Steering (A4), Brakes (A5), and Heating & Air Conditioning (A7). All shop technicians are ASE certified.
